Additionally, Alistair's quest won't trigger if you haven't done Redcliffe yet regardless of his level of approval.
If you have "feast-day pranks", you can use them to drop approval down and then talk with Leli to get her quest. Also, you must have her in the party when traveling or the quest can't trigger ![]()
Okay, on this run through, I chose to do Redcliffe last, so that accounts for why nothing with Alistair.
I don't think the Bard convesrsation has come up with Leliana and I know that should've occurred. I did install a mod that added some extra scenes to a Leliana romance and am wondering if installing that conflicted with something else?

cmessaz did the dialogue part (I only did the scenes for LRS). It works as long as you don't have more than one leliana.dlg and dlb in the mix. ZDF and other dialogue fixes do use the same files as LRS. I don't have time right now to explain this, but see the read-me file, it should all be in there. I'll check back here later today. ![]()
First, many thanks for the Feastday pranks advice, Luna! That did the trick for getting the Leliana personal quest to kick in.
The LRS encounters did not come in to play because of the Luchaire mod which I had installed. My initial plan was to uninstall that mod and LRS and then do a fresh install of LRS to get things to work right. Now, however, that has become difficult because bloody File Explorer in Windows 10 won't work!!!! (Have I stated how much I hate Windows 10 lately?) After troubleshooting with a Microsoft Tech, I was told I have to set up a new user account on my computer. When I go into that account now, DAO boots up but without my saved game progress. (Arghh!!! I had completed all the major quests prior to the Landsmeet!!) Is there a way to transfer saved game progress from one user to another? (Without using File Explorer?)
I only downloaded Windows 10 several weeks ago and there was no previous setting to "system restore" to. To avoid having to start totally from the beginning with a new user account, I've downloaded a shareware file manager. Very sad that it's come to that after having Windows 10 for such a short time.
So anyhow, I have deleted the Luchaire folder from override. (Any other mods that would block LRS?) I tried installing LRS version 2, but a window popped up saying I needed a newer version of DAO? I was rather surprised; I thought my DAO Ultimate edition was the newest version! I'll have to give the first version of LRS a shot.
... of course, immediately after I make my stuff public I notice a bug. DWE fix was stopping enemies from surrendering near death (.e.g bandits at lothering) - anyone using that might want to re-download.
Could you also check your Lacerate fix.
With it installed, the summoned spirit warriors in Caridin's trap don't spawn.
From the autosave just before the fight, twice with it installed they didn't spawn & both times without it, they did.
I was planning on reworking it to use event manager for compatibility... guess that bumps it up the priority a bit

Luna, finally got LRS mod working after removing the Luchaire file and doing the manual LRS install! Compliments to you and cmessaz for making the ultimate DAO romantic mod! I haven't removed that one file from the "Morrigan Restoration Patch" yet. Would that cause anything to crash if I don't remove it?
(Now if only someone could improve on the "doll feet" of unclad characters. I doubt that will ever happen given the graphic limitations of the game.)

Found another one. With your mod installed, the desire demons you have to kill to reach Connor in the fade refuse to die when their health bar hits empty. Instead, you just keep dealing 0 damage and the fight never ends. I was too lazy to test which fix it is that caused this issue (sorry!)

Almost certainly dual weapon expert... the override on event_type_damaged causes a lot of drama. I'll take a look at it

Does anyone know how to fix problems caused by extra dog slot mod? I've uninstalled it, but one of the problems it caused persists. The Fort Drake rescue seems bugged in that you can't see or hear one of the companions when they talk to each other and the dog wasn't even included in the option first time you get to pick one of your rescuers. I usually beat Ser Cauthrien and her cronies and go back to the previous save to have my PC give himself up for the rescue quest and it really spoils the quest.

I didn't use the mod at all on that round. It wasn't even installed on that round. It's a great mod. It lets me take Dog everywhere and he picks up items for me. But it does seem to do funny things to the game. I think there is some fragment of that mod left somewhere. I just can't see where. I like the mod but I stopped using it because of the various glitches and problems it can cause with other mods. Unfortunately I can't recall enough about it to offer more help though.
Yeah, I no longer use the extra dog slot because of its glitches.

I tested it earlier and the problem I was having was fixed ![]()
I sorted out the extra dog slot mod glitch. Uninstalling it using DAmodder isn't enough. I removed the dazip file from override folder and the game worked just fine afterwards.
