Has anyone had a glitch where you can't talk to Matthias in Honnleath? He stands there in a perpetual frightened state.

Can't help you there, never had that problem.
Does anyone here know of any good fix packs other than Qwinn's or Dain's? I had to stop using Dragon Age Rules Fixpack because it uses event manager too much to play well with other mods I use.

Oh, goodness, yes... I know Dialogue Tweaks is really old, but it fixes some minor bugs. Morrigan Restoration Patch, Zevran Dialog Fix, IRS-Alistair, Golem Registry and Shapers Life Reward Bug Fix, Cammens Lament quest fix, Baroness Reward Quest fix, Law and Order Fixes, Second Drain Life bug fix, Armor Rune Drop fixes, Silverite Mine Bug Fix, and Tiny Fixes are some of my can't live without bug fixing mods.
