I am currently trying to get this awesome weapon for my Lavellan Reaver because nothing says "Badass Reaver" like beating your enemies with a spoon. Lol.

He might be stuck in a wall. I have heard there is a bug where he gets stuck in one of the walls near the tavern. I think you have to leave Skyhold and come back to fix it.

In 4 full playthroughs and several abandoned ones I've never done anything with the sad splinters or been able to find the cheese shield, and that's the first time I've seen the spoon weapon too. To Beren Erchamion, just to say I get the reference, from Robin Hood Prince of thieves, I always liked that line
