Hi! all

 

so i returned to playing DAI again only a few weeks back...and after i reached skyhold i got a superior vanguard armor (153-179 armor rating) schematic so i wanted to craft it for my rogue:

 

i used silverite in slot 1, serault infused glass in slot 2 (for the 179 armor rating..though i also tried using silverite instead for 200 armor rating), craggy skin in slot 3 and fade-touched obsidian in masterwork slot.

 

after crafting that i still got a restricted armor instead of the desired!...why?...what did i do wrong there!? am i to use only low armor rating metals that give me 153 armor rating instead of medium or high ones (havent tried a low one yet though..)!?

Class restrictions can still be removed by using silverite/snoufleur skin/??? in the main slot that determines the armor value, as far as I recall. Race restrictions can't be removed at all.

eh! bu...but...when u hover over silverite it still does say ' tier 3 rare metal (no class restriction for armors)'    !!!

 

lol! sry...my bad..read "class restrictions can't be removed at all." by mistake instead of 'race'  ...for a sec there i was like "SAY WHAAAAA!!!"

 

as for the slot that determines the armor value/rating...the slot is titled as armor instead of utility, offence, defense... and that the middle slot...but isnt the 1st slot supposed to be the 1 on the left side!?...the slot where silverite should go to remove the class restriction!?
