That's a joke, right? Cerberus has the most annoying enemies & BS of any faction.

 

Reapers are the armour faction, with annoying screaming and teleporting Banshees. And swarmers. Lots of swarmers.

 

 

Collectors and Geth have the most awesome mooks to fight against. Thus superior.

Reapers are more annoying than dangerous. Banshees are annoying because they scream, ravagers leave annoying goo on the ground, swarmers kill you in solos while doing devices, Brutes are a joke and Cannibals are funny. Tbh Marauders are the most dangerous cause they can sort of instakill you on Platinum.

I enjoy terminating mooks more then anything in this game. Also why Gold is most popular. And Geth + Collectors have the most of them that are most enjoyable to fight.

I think the OP is mixing up the words "better" and "worse". If that's the case, then I agree- Geth are terrible. Worst faction in the game.

Here's a test for everybody. Play nothing but Cerberus and Reapers one day. Then Geth and Collectors the next. And then tell me which was the better & worse day.

Nope. Cerberus BS ? I never witnessed that. Cerberus has the most interesting enemies to fight, Phantoms. Nothing is more satisfying to me than headshoting a Phantom after her flip.

Collectors are the worst with their big and slow bullet sponges. Their ridiculous amounts of barriers and armors make them more tedious than difficult. They should be nuked from orbit.

I take it this wasn't supposed to be a silly, no-brainer question, but it is- obviously I'm going to have more fun on the day I'm not getting trolled by obnoxious Geth BS, or having my ps3 molested by collector-induced mem leak. At least on PS3, Cerb>Reapers>Collectors (because lolps3)>Geth

^ Use map presets for Collectors and rest your PS3 often. Otherwise, no need to blame the Collectors. Blame BioWare and PS3. 

 

Also, back when playing on PS3, I still very much enjoyed playing Collectors. To the point of presetting to them quite often.

That's a good thing. The amount of armor possessed Praetorians get in platinum is really ridiculous (something like 45000 iirc). And since they can also block powers, if you're not using a high dps weapon, you're screwed. No other faction limits more your gameplay than Collectors.

^ Them blocking powers comes from pugs not knowing what they're doing. And even if you do see these pugs in game and you want to use powers on Praetorians. Just get closer and get them to land already (what I always do... though sometimes I get lag eaten >_>). VS this Phantom Barrier which is harder to control unless your power cooldown is really fast (if it is, your second travelling power toss should register).

 

And no way Collectors limit gameplay options more then Cerberus (say hello Ceberus herb smoke owning locking on powers and melee; and how this faction owns close quarters play more then any other faction; and how biotic kits have a weakness against shields).

 

Plus if you're playing biotic power focus, you should be owning Collectors regardless. Because biotics own Barriers. And Collectors are the main Barrier faction. So really, no kit or play style has a weakness against Collectors. aka. The perfect faction.

I hate Collectors.  The amount of health Praetorians have is ridiculous, the hitbox on their laser is absurd, Captains taking character from full health and shields to down in one burst, and the entire faction seems determined to screw over power users.  They have an entire enemy that hardly even affects gun/ grenade users, what is that about?

Geth feel like the faction with the most synergy and cohesion.  If you get flanked by Pyros, well too bad you should have been paying attention.  If you get ambushed by Hunters, then they were actually doing their job.  Cerberus is okay, but I feel like Phantoms are the only real threat on Gold.  Atlas are slow, Guardians are idiots, Centurions and Troopers are nothing special.  The whole team getting wiped because this anime nonsense walks around doing more damage with their dinky palm lasers than a dude in heavy armor does with a rifle seems kind of suspect.

The Geth have by far the most BS of all factions in the game. Cerberus are the most fun followed by Reapers.

I would rank Collectors higher than Reapers if it wasen't for all the BS seeker swarms.

^ Who says you have to fight Praetorians? Plenty of awesome mooks to focus on in this faction (Scions are also enjoyable to kill. ie. ProTip; Aim for the head with piercing and you get bonus double hits on their sacks too until they burst). So leave the slow Praetorians to get stuck somewhere, while you focus on enjoyable to headshot mooks and fun to a-bomb teammates with abombs. That's the name of the Gold game. Playing for score or not.

 

And again. Power focus kits, especially Biotics, own Collectors. Their power disabling ability was just added to counter this serious advantage power kits have against them. But it don't help them much at all.
