My rings are seriously over flowing, as I've tried to keep one of each ability ring. But its getting tiresome. I know I won't even use 75 percent of these rings. So I'm wondering which ones I should hold on to.

Dragon rage
Chain Lightning
Hot licks
possibly Korth's Might and Power Chord, but unsure.
Any ideas which of these rings are keepers?

I think you listed some good ones but I'd personally definitely keep Power Chord over Hot Licks. That said, Virtuoso is my least played kit by far.
I still keep my Longshot ring for nostalgia (and the delusion that it will someday be useful again), but you're likely to soon get a lot of advice to keep a Caltrops ring if I know this place.
I keep at least one of all. Kept two for a long time hoping for some exploit or glitch to be discovered, but started getting rid of extras a few months ago.
Keep most rings but ditch the crap armour upgrades/ Runes or attach them to armour if you have plenty of good ones and salvaging them seems hard.

I also keep 1 of all the ability rings.I figure since I instantly salvage everything that's not highest tier in the other categories,then they aren't hurting anything collecting dust,and my inventory never gets full.

For the longest time, walking bomb ring was one of the most coveted items in the game.
I think I keep: Barrier, Dragon rage, Chain Lightning, leaping shot, long shot, explosive shot, walking bomb, static cage, stonefist, Power chord, twin fangs, lunge and slash. Probably a few I can'tell think of.
This is a good list. I would also add Disruption Field, Deathblow, and Full Draw (for the stealth hunter) rings.

Lady's Wrath ring reduces cooldown time (useless), and Bolt ring reduces stamina cost, which could be useful if you don't have a Hakkon's Mercy, a Superb (or Master) Stamina Amulet, or high crit chance.
For an ambush/swashbuckle duelist, I would recommend using both of those rings. The ambush reduces cooldown which is good for priming swashbuckle and the swashbuckle ring adds 200% damage from 700 to 900%.

There's an ability ring for Lady's Wrath? I can't believe I haven't gotten one of those yet! Is there also one for Wrath of Heaven? I saw that listed earlier in the thread but I have never seen one of those either.

One of each. There is sufficient inventory space for that.

The Lady's Wrath ring is definitely not useless. In most cases, you can reactivate the ability before it expired so you can keep it running for the entire level.

I haven't kept Lady's Wrath, I find that its upgrade can make it last until its cool down ends.
If you upgrade it, the cooldown is two seconds longer than duration. If you have a cooldown amulet on, the duration will then exceed the cooldown. I would rather have extra crit damage or heal on kill than being able to activate Lady's Wrath 2.5 seconds before it runs out. If you could stack multiple Lady's Wrath's on top of each other, I would use that ring, but that isn't the case.

Got it! Plus the Rally and Cloak of Shadows rings.
Weird cause I have the Stamina amulet on mine and the ability was off cooldown for me and the lightning ring was still active. Yes I have it upgraded too but even in the instance when I hit nothing the cooldown had almost finished. *shrug*
I have one of all of them, and I do have them all. I kept them thinking a balance change could allow them to be useful, but since that's no longer going to happen...it might be time for a purge. There are a few that I'll never use simply because I don't like the skill, regardless of how good it may be considered by some. It's also nice to know that if I go experimenting I've got a ring for that. As previously mentioned, you have plenty of inventory space to keep them all. It's kind of the same with weapons...I have a slew of daggers...but I only really use 4 different ones, same with staves, only use 1, maybe 2. Must...clear out...inventory! 
Usually, you'll only have space for one on your character, although there are situations you could use both slots. I have 2 of all the Superb Rings, but rarely use anything but HOK & Crit Damage. I figure that once you settle on your primary builds for each character and how you like to play them, your answer will become clear.

Update: I just got another Lady's Wrath ring, and it actually increases duration (up to 22 seconds instead of 15), not cooldown reduction like the tooltip says. With the ring, Lady's Wrath will be off cooldown for 4 seconds before it deactivates. Still useless (in my opinion), but not as bad as I previously though.
The bolt ring is bugged, unfortunately. It doesn't reduce stamina cost, and in some cases actually adds stamina cost lol
