Lately I've been thinking Andromeda was announced too early. I feel they should have waited till they had some actual gameplay to show.

I kind of think they had to have shown shown something. The game was officially announced at E3 2015, but there has been images and talks about a new Mass Effect game since 2012, oh and don't forget E3 2014 with there "new Mass Effect game" and new IP. If we didn't know of a new Mass Effect game, they could have pulled a Fallout 4.

but over a years wait is just overkill really.
