I recently bought Mass Effect 2 at gamestop today, and the clerk gave me the terminus code even though I didn't preorder as a free bonus. Then I puchased a 4000 microsoft point card. Once I got home I redeemed the points first then put in ME2. I pressed Y to put in the activation code for Cerberus and I put in the Terminus code without realizing.
I then selected the "Cerberus Network" option in the main menu and ,thinking that I had put in the correct code and thinking I'd get Cerberus for free, I selected "purchase" however the page had not fully loaded so after i selected "purchase" the page shows that it costs 1200 microsoft points!
So I got charged $15 for something I could have gotten for free! I still have the Cerberus activation code with me and it is still valid as I have not used it, so can I get refunded my 1200 ms points in return for the Cerberus Activation card's valid code? Any help is appreciated.
