As I'm new to the game, I don't get any of these glitches, but I'm a bit weary with glitches. I use minor ones at times (i.e.reload cancel, nova cancel, in other games, being able to climb a non-climbable wall to get a small advantage against a powerful boss, etc).
This glitch allows you to max out the power points of last two DLC characters kits so you have 6 points in one power, 6 in another, 6 in another, 6 in passives, and 6 in fitness. Hence the 66666 glitch.
And yes, it's harmless. Definitely a lot more harmless then someone spamming one of the many overpowered nades in this game.
Wouldn't that be too OP?

Thanks Sinful for reminding me yet again why I dislike you so much.

reload cancel is not a glitch
^ But it sure is far more OP then the 66666 glitch. And it's also something many players don't know how to do as well, just like the all 66666 glitch. But the folks that don't know how to cancel reload have the far bigger disadvantage. Especially on one shot weapons, which for these weapons, they magically turn from posh to totally OP. Great balancing, BioWare... oh, feature. Great features, BioWare.

I've got no time to keep track of all my fans. Talk to the mods.
Second glitch turns striker into missile launcher, its a bug they never fixed and it ruins playing MP on consoles.
Sush, you. It's another great BioWare feature.
Though one I never bother with...
stay classy, Terminator
That was actually really good. But don't blame me. Nightman actually wants me to start posting more. Says my topics are controversial, but not totally bogus, and adds much needed spice to BSN.... guess he's right by the way this topic is going... should I keep going? Or should I go back to evil Dark Souls?
It snowed in Cleveland on October 17.
I don't know whether I am bragging or not though. October 17, FFS!
Went to the local mall - Christmas has officially started. Cookie dough and tree decoration sale... I think I'm gonna be sick
Guess this is a great time to mention my fave character & setup to glitch;

Pugged many Gold games with this exact setup once. Here's hoping this double decoy + dump agro setup returns in some form in ME:A.
I know that I, for one, am looking forward to all the radio stations blasting x-mas music as soon as Thanksgiving (U.S. naturally) is over...or as soon as the snow sticks

All the jingly bells. Every TV commercial will start with the faint jingling, too.
Even here in Germany. I think there is a reason why I enjoy watching horror movies during the X-Mas days. Kind of soothing after all the terror.

If it wasn't that OP of a glitch, you wouldn't use it, so stop trying to justify the fact that you are cheating. Certain characters having 66666 is just godlike, and you know it.
^ You and me must play very differently then.
ie. look at my x-box manifest. Only level 1 consumables are in the double digits or near that low. The rest near 255.

I fail to see how this is relevant to using a glitch.
L.O.L.
Justification for the using the glitch: I want to save/never use my high level consumables.
This thread doesn't disappoint.
Don't be that guy and fall for this crap. It doesn't even help that much and is more of a mental crutch. Many of these characters can run with zero fitness and tear **** up.
Translation: Git Gud and stop using scrub tactics from 4 years ago.
Sure, I totally agree with you. It's not like it will make you invincible.

That one is bad ![]()

It's called using my own opinion to what's balanced or not. You're entitled to yours, but you must also understand I'm entitled to mine too.
ie. many other ways to balance the game. That example I used was high lvl consumables VS low or none. As in, I'm using a glitched characters & low level consumables VS a high level one & cheaper kit... handicap still favours me.
And don't get me started on what's balanced or not. It's something I obsess over this matter in every videogame I play.
OK guys, ... honestly.
Everyone, who never abused that glitch throws a stone at Terminator Force!
I put my stone back in my pocket.
(but I discoverd it by accident)
Fortunalty, this doesn't work for the charachters I like to play most. Vanilla Humans and N7 baddys.
How is this thread still alive?
BioMods STOP PLAYING HALO 5.
Hunt the Truth else-where.

This. I really don't approve of the last two DLC character kits either. Lots a missed opportunities from BioWare and way too many inferior, cheese and/or very similar to what we already had rehashes. Or stuff like Talon, which nobody loves.

Justification to use your own mind and figure it out for yourself if it's for you or not instead of falling in line like a mindless husk for fear of persecution.
And why aren't glitches like Incindiary glitching more controversial? Or package running? Or hack circle glitch? Or the glitch that released Grenade Capacity? And so on...
And seriously, I'm the only one who see's how unbalanced this game is to the point that the 66666 glitch don't even phase the mess BioWare left this game in balance wise? I must truly be living in my own world then... excellent.

You are not. Most here that still play the game though have accepted it for what it is and work within those confines. Mostly.
If you feel the need to play a setup like that then go for it. I'm just bustin' your chops because...I can? Never expected my poking to be taken too seriously. Neither should you.
^ I only take it a bit seriously in this case because others take it too seriously. As everybody needs to chill out on this 66666 glitch matter and just enjoy the game to the best of their abilities.
And most 66666 glitchable characters suck anyway... except the Jug, of course, because reasons.
The 6/6/6/6/6 glitch is perfectly analogous to being that guy who gives himself all 18s for his character's ability scores in D&D.
It doesn't really harm anyone else but it makes you a tool if you do it.
