I´ve been wondering something for a while now. Did the wardens interrogate HOF, Alistair or Loghain if the dark ritual was performed?

Considering how serious the wardens are about the blight, one would think that they wont take any chances when something like this happens. My canon warden romanced Morrigan and did the ritual, but he doesnt mention anything about the other wardens asking questions at any point and not only that but they made him the new warden commander. Did they seriously just drop the subject suddenly or am I missing something here? I almost expected there to be some intense interrogations later and other nasty stuff.

Please understand that Im not trying to discredit our wardens, their choices and their achievements in any way. Heck if anyone deserves to be the new commander, its them. Im just wondering

Alistair has dialogue at the boon ceremony that indicates the Wardens are already asking questions.

If he's king and married to Anora (and thus was not at the final battle and knows nothing of the ritual himself):

I don't think we have much to say to one another. You killed the archdemon. Well done. The Grey Wardens seem to be mighty curious as to just how you managed to pull that off without dying.

If he was at the final battle, and at least knows something about the ritual:

I guess Morrigan was telling the truth after all. About the... ritual. or I bet this had something to do with that night. With Morrigan. Why you're still here, I mean. I'm not that dumb.

and then

The rest of the Grey Wardens haven't arrived yet from Orlais, but they've already sent... questions. What should I tell them?

If he was at the final battle but not told about the ritual:

I just don't understand how you're still alive. I guess Riordan was wrong?

and then

The Grey Wardens haven't arrived yet from Orlais, but they've already been sending questions. I guess it'll be a mystery.

And if Alistair wasn't told before, but the Warden tells him at the boon ceremony that "Morrigan saved me. With magic.", Alistair says:

Morrigan... saved you? Well, that figures. That might also explain why she ran off right after the battle. The Grey Wardens will be interested in figuring out just how she did that.

Im aware of those dialogues. Well most of them anyway. If I remember right from a youtube clip where Alistair did it, didnt he say something about not telling them or just pretending to be ignorant?

Its why Im wondering this. Did they really just accept that kind of answer and forget it afterwards?

I think that you didn't taken into account some considerations.
Your mindset is that the First warden or the CHamberlain should possibly care of the result of the archdemon's death but that is not it,at least not in the First warden's mind,as long as the archdemon is around as long as the blight will endure, the wardens will be useful, that's all,it's business for him,he don't care about the soul of the archdemon, neither he care about Flemeth and Morrigan,he only care about his power.
Blights happened between cycles of 400 years  (if some magister like The Architect do no interfere of course),the wardens are a peculiar order,in the sense that no matter at how useful and powerful (albeit only some of them) they are ,their services are required just in between the centuries.
because of that they fallen often into darkness and their power as an organization diminished each time until a blight was presented.
Weisshaupt, mainly the First Warden couldn't care less about the Archdemon,he don't care aside from his blood, which is a rare ingredient to use in order to create others Wardens, his primary concern is to obtain titles and lands through the other warden shattered through  the continent.
in order to untie their survival from the blights,in his mind if Wardens, like my hoF did become kings and queens or nobles,it's perfect.
If the same archdemon will appear again he will not care,on the contrary it will be a useful tool to use to improve the wardens influence.

That "Wardens care about nothing but results" mindset is pretty inaccurate.

Their leader, the First Warden cares a great deal about every detail. He even sends a representative to Amaranthine to make sure that this Grey Warden arling wouldn't affect the Order negatively.

Contrary to popular belief, the Wardens are capable of thinking beyond "must... kill... darkspawn".

Loghain mentions that they are asking him questions about it, and I think he said they'll get nothing but silence from him.

In any case, I think the Wardens do just accept the situation and move on. There's not much else they can do except watch for signs of the Archdemon respawning.
