Hello, i bought Dragon age Inq yeasterday on a sale on Origin, Ive played the first game in the series and i like it.

So i bought the delux edition which comes with some items and a mount,

After i did the tutorial mission, and defeated the first " boss "  i woke up in a bed, there is a chest there but i cant open it for some reason. If i go out of the game i cant logg into dragon age servers neither can i play multiplayer, i have tried to stop the firewall and my virus program to see if this was the issue, but it wasnt. So i tried to google abit but didnt find a  really good solution there, so i decided to launch up dragon age origins, i can get into the servers in that game with no problems. 

Do i need to be connect to the servers to get my items? even if i have installed them on my computer? or do i need to some sort of missions before i can get them?

And do anyone know a solution to how to get into the servers?

You might need to provide a bit more information.

 

On the PC you have to log into Origin once per session. The very first time you launch the game you need to be in online mode (in Origin) to get past the DRM. After that point you can play in offline mode whenever you want.

 

Were you able to use the DA Keep and import your choices? You have to be logged in to the DA servers for that...

Iam online in origin allways when i play the game, i can use the origin browser and talk to friends while i play, so i guess iam online.

I cannot access the dragon age keep web-page through the game, i get the same message for MP, sign in to dragon keep and logg inn. the message is something like: Can't logg into Dragon age servers, please be online in origin but i guess iam so i really dont know what to do.

Problem solved! I reinstalled both Origin and the game, and now its working 100%! thanks for the support nightscrawl!
