So, i've decided to go with the Templar Specilization for my 2 handed warrior. I have the build already to go but tactics wise, what are the best actions to turn to preferred if any?

I'm a bit confused by your mention of "turn to preferred" ... do you mean the AI setting for active skills? In which case, isn't this your Inquisitor you are talking about? Do you intend to leave your IQ on AI most of the time?

If you are controlling your Templar, the active skill usage is pretty straightforward:

Plan A:

IF target is demon USE Blessed Blades OTHERWISE don't.

IF target is stunnable USE Wrath of Heaven to stun them OTHERWISE skip to Plan B.

While near stunned targets USE Spell Purge. Rack up ridiculous damage from combo detonations.

Repeat.

Plan B:

Your choice of warrior skills and auto-attacks until you can find some stunnable targets, then go back to Plan A.

You'll probably want some Vanguard skills or some Battlemaster skills to keep things interesting when you aren't doing Plan A.

Crafting priorities: maximize base damage. Since you are 2H, go for mauls/warhammers. Buff crit for Flow of Battle (see below).

Passives prorities: Flow of Battle, crit, cooldown, and stamina buffs. Damage buffs don't hurt either.

As suggested by PapaCharlie, a utility-oriented 2h warrior should eventually be built around the "flow of battle" passive, which reduces the cooldown each time you do a crit. Once you have gear that gives you a high crit, you'll be able to continually spam whatever skills you like (such as the templar stun skills, or even war cry with the large bonus armor). Unfortunately, it's hard to get high crit until the late game.

For the flow of battle passive, use battleaxes/greatswords rather than mauls. Axes/swords are AOE weapons, which lets you hit multiple opponents, so you do more crit. Mauls are single-target weapons.
