It says that the melee bonus lasts for20 seconds after a purge.
But if my cool down is 3 seconds, I could purge again before the end of the melee bonus duration.
My question is , do the melee bonuses stack?
Logically it should not stack, but logically incendiary ammo shouldn't stack...

It doesn't stack. It will just refresh the 20 second timer.
