Hi everyone,

this is something I always asked myself:

If someone dies and has not been revived yet after the enemies are all dead and the door to the next zone is unlocked,

by opening the door, while that player can still be revived, will it count as one death for that player or not? (in terms of times he can be revived)

In other words if I'm dying and the wave is over, by opening the door to the next zone instead of reviving me, will that death still count as a death in terms of times you can be revived?

I am asking this because I've always been quite unable to decide whether to revive the guy or simply open the door....

and it's always fun to cheat death :)

many's the time I have been pulled back from the fade by a mine /trap/caltrop granting me some hp, also on some laggy games I have faded out for up to 5 minutes before it realises the hok is still waiting to be delivered and pulls me back from the fade ........

that can be fun especially if your team don't bother to revive each other or don't notice you went down /were miles away and they don't get to you in time,

funny thing last night (this morning for some) I played a game with two fella's from the usa (one was moaning to the other about forgetting something from the store) I pulled out the aw and solo'd the entire of z3 on fc for them while they went off poped a revenant died and faded out beforei noticed they were  down, I killed everything for them though no problems and someone one of htem ended up in the fade again on zone 5 after the dragon had died ...

unfortunately for them I was super tired and had to leave otherwise I might of done it a few more times but hey ho such is life

This could go in the rumor section.

If you die and then go a round without dying, will 1 death be removed from the "fade clock"?

Does it not count self rez as a death?  I remember way back in the day I could die 94,173 times on the Necromancer or Elementalist and not worry about fading.  Then one day after a patch I couldn't do that anymore.  And now it works again?

I do it often, I think you just have to self rez super fast. Within a certain time

Yesterday using the archer I self revived after waiting about 10 seconds to be picked up, then died again and went straight to fade.  In that case it seemed to have counted as a death.
