How do you people manage to do this in 5 runs? :/

Done about 4 runs yesterday and I barely just hit 180 templars and 60 mages..

Does it have to be Ferelden Castle only? What difficulty?

On FC, you can consistently get over 300. 43/44 on the first wave, around the same for wave 2, 66 or so on wave 3, 76 wave 4, 90 something on wave 5 (don't ring gong obviously and save commander for last).

 

You need to kill fast and don't stand in any spawn points for too long. I find virtuouso the best speed runner.

For the record, you don't have to save the commander for last anymore (except maybe Qunari, since stuff dies outright when the commander does). Confirmed it for myself when I rushed these challenges on Friday, with a 99 kill streak in zone 5 whether the commander was killed first or last.

2 threatening solo's per faction,on pretty much any of the maps should do it.

I ran solo routine Ferelden Castles to finish mine! If you're having trouble getting the kills maybe I can follow you on my virtuoso with barrier and attack speed bonus

Ever since ME3MP, I haven't missed a weekend (or month-long, LOL) challenge yet. So, this one brought me out of ESO hibernation to try and knock out before Fallout 4 consumes my soul.

 

I am playing naturally. No solos. No quitting until I get a specific faction. Just PUGing and seeing where the chips fall.

 

I know y'all probably remember me complaining about always getting Demons. And I've complained a bit on Twitter about all the Qunari, too.

 

After three nights of playing a few PUGs each, here are my kill counts so far:

 

Darkspawn - 37

Demon - 117

Qunari - 155

Red Templar - 77

Venatori - 30

 

Told y'all I get Demons (and now Qunari) more than anything else.

I started with the intention to just pay this through normally, in groups as usual. I mean, the time should be more than enough for that. Then I realized I'd probably need to finish it before November FO4, so I did some soloing to speed things up. And then, when there were just a few enemies left in some factions, PUGing with the "wrong" factions got so tedious so I wrapped it up this morning. Was rather lucky, only had to restart three times to get the final faction.

Got Hakkon's Wrath, Heart of Despair and "that lvl 27 dagger" as most notable rewards. Nice, I guess.
