I'm not intending on multiple romances, i just want my character to always flirt, is that possible without ruin the real romance and the dance in Wicked Eyes?

Yes. How they react is based on their sexual preference.

My main Inquisitor is like that. In a romance properly but flirts with other characters.

 

I however can elaborate more then the person above, since you mentioned the real romance thing so this is where my experience lies.

Some flirt options are no longer available once you have the first kiss scene or whatever it is for your actual romance choice that starts the romance. Example: no more Harding flirts. But fear not, there are still tons of heart option opportunities.

 

short version:

DAi has no jealousy tracker etc, but some characters that you could flirt with if not romanced, you can no longer flirt with if in a romance with a different character.

I fully romanced Josephine and found that i could still flirt with Cassandra for awhile.

Yep you can flirt with everyone, even people you cannot actually romance.    Eventually those who are the wrong gender for a romance will tell you they are not interested or you will find out through their personal quest.    Where you have to be a bit more careful is flirting with someone who is the right gender beyond a certain point, which should be pretty obvious.    Even then, much of the time they will actually point out if your flirting is not welcome because they know you are already further ahead with someone else.    Then you would have to officially break it off with the other person before you could proceed with the new one.   

 

Watch out for Blackwall; I gather it is meant to be rather easy to get tied into him through flirting and much harder to get out of it, but I've no real experience of him myself.

You can flirt with everyone but me. Flirting with me will result in a punch to the exterior or interior nads, depending on your physiology.

Once you are locked into a romance, most of the flirt dialog with other characters becomes unavailable.    One of the reasons I installed the multiple romance mod was just simply to keep the flirt lines open with Scout Harding.

I had heard you couldn't romance Cullen if you flirt with others.  Like after a few flirts he will ask about the other person you are interested in?  Haven't tested that theory.  The only ones I tend to flirt with are Dorian and Cassie on the wrong gender (female) just because Dorian is damn fun to flirt with as a female (and gives massive amounts of approval) and Cassie is so sweet and flustered.  At a certain point, they say "hey, I like you as a friend, but I don't swing that way".

Almost everyone.  Only f!Lavellans can flirt with Solas, and f!Inquisitors with Blackwall.  Everyone else can be flirted with.  Viv and Harding also have flirt options but no romances.

I love flirting with Dorian as a F!Quiz. Even after that certain point in his storyline, whereafter you can comment "Dorian, you've been leading me on!" and he responds "The flirting? I'm sorry, should I stop?" and you reply "Don't you DARE!" and get <Dorian Greatly Approves>. Ah, I just love Dorian to bits. 

 

Eventually, as others say, once you're 'committed' to a relationship, any non-LIs that could potentially have been LIs that you flirt with will likely comment about how you're already in a relationship... but there are no other consequences aside from that.

When you first get to Skyhold if you choose the Heart icon when you are on the ramparts with him and insist on pursuing things even when he says you'll regret it, you are now together. Just talk to him right after and end it if you went too far.

So far as I can remember, only Solas and I think Blackwall cannot be flirted with by people who can't romance them.
