Glad to see so much love for Briala in here!  (and other people irked about her whitewashing).  But I agree with everyone on the OP's list (especially Bianca!) except for the DLC characters (but only because I haven't played those).

 

Sutherland (and his entire squad) would go on my list, along with Charter.  The noble and the scout outside the stables in Haven too.  They don't even have names and yet I love them.  Lysas from In Hushed Whispers (I alway hoped to see him around Skyhold) and Minaeve too.  Can I include Grand Enchanter Fiona?  I know she was introducted in The Calling but DAI is her first in-game appearance.  Love Fairbanks, too.  And all the Chargers (OPs list only mentioned Krem and Dalish).

 

Oh, and echoing the Servis love.  He was amazing.  I get the Underworld Knowledge perk just to recuit him.

I am perfectly satisfied with the romance options we had, but that doesn't mean that I don't appreciate attractive and/or interesting side characters.

 

Barris, Ser Michel, Renn, Krem, and Bram Kenric... I'd have banged any or all of them. Felix and Crassius Servis... not so much. There's nothing wrong with them (well, there is in Felix's case, but even if he wasn't sick), they just aren't my type. It happens.

Briala is very cute but it irks me because in TME she's described as having dark skin and dark eyes.

 

Edit: Also I heartily approve or shirtless Avvar, it's never cold in Stone Bear Hold!

It never is cold in Stone Bear Hold! You don't find a lot of broad-leaf deciduous plants in cold climates, or parrots, for that matter. I headcanon that the Avvar migrated from a colder climate and kept their traditional costumes out of habit, even if they're roasting in it.

Same on Briala, that's the only downfall on her character but I still think she's cute and deserves to be on the list.

It never is cold in Stone Bear Hold! You don't find a lot of broad-leaf deciduous plants in cold climates, or parrots, for that matter. I headcanon that the Avvar migrated from a colder climate and kept their traditional costumes out of habit, even if they're roasting in it.

 

Moving to warmer climates and keeping your traditional pelts from the waist down; one has to love the Avvar way of mixing modern and traditional ways. 

 

I did like Servis, but I'd have sentenced him to plucking his eyebrows

The only one that is pretty cute and that is not a main character (like Morrigan/Leliana) is Briala (and even then she's not THAT cute compared to Morrigan/Leliana/Josephine). Everyone else isn't that good looking. It's like Bioware didn't want to spend the money/time to carefully craft those good looking characters, so they said "sure as long as its decent its fine".

Barris - too damn awsome (and I'm a sucker for KISA types ) love his description on how he's good with his sword arm, but doesn't like fighting over much. Calm, collected. Never loses his cool and polite. I wish he could be the next LI in DA4

Abelas - he's cute even when he's grumpy I'd wonder would the world explode should he attempt just half a smile another npc that I hope could be the next LI in DA4

Felix - comes from a prominent and loving family and totally grew up to be a nice guy.. I feel so sorry for him. I wish we could save him. I wonder why he didn't just go the grey warden route? Was the joining too much of a risk? Too bad he doesnt survive

Ameridan - Telana, you lucky, lucky, lucky b****

Briala - wow is she a looker without that mask O.o .. no wonder celene is head over heels with her.

Lysette - headcanon that her and my lavellan eventually became amicable and then good friends after wards.. and does not leave the inquisition and that cullen made her as my personal guard and i will not accept anything else. Let me have my fantasy

I think the fact that Alexius' boss was causing all the Wardens to hear a false Calling and was planning on turning all the mages into his personal demon army might put Alexius off from wanting Felix to join them.

Nobody mentioned Loranil, the Dalish you can recruit from the Exalted Plains?

 

I see what people like about Prof Kenric, but that hat does him no favours. Only Solas could overcome a hat that bad, IMO.

Jaws of Hakkon was Cute Peripheral Characters: The DLC for me.  Kenric being adorkable, Ameridan the silveriest of foxes...and all of the shirtless Avvar

I think the fact that Alexius' boss was causing all the Wardens to hear a false Calling and was planning on turning all the mages into his personal demon army might put Alexius off from wanting Felix to join them.

But it got me thinking. I wonder if Alexius thought the idea much too risky in getting Felix do the joining then craft some sort of amulet/accesory/armor that can make him immune from the fake calling (like how samson's armor made him immune to red lyrium drawbacks.. hmn, always curious behind the engineering of that one) .. but I supposed to go through all those hoops require felix to survive the joining first.. i can see why he employs himself to corypheus. Safest bet, i s'possed.

Btw here's another favourite of mine: Fairbanks (cant believe I forgot to mention the dude) and Rylen (omg I love his snark. When talking to him and reading the war table mission )

That hat is part of his charm. You can probably be adorkable even without ridiculous headgear, but it isn't as easy.
