I pre ordered the game and was promised codes shipping info etc. I never recieved anything. How can i get the codes i paid for

Contact EA tech support and they can provide you with a new one if they were not issued. I was supposed to get one from gamestop but I never did, I have one now through EA.

Where did you pre-order it from?
If it was Amazon then you will be get the code sent to you within 10 days in an email.
