Dorian: Main quest giver, major cameo from former game(s)
Stenishok: Major boss battle/antagonist.
Harding: Possible companion, or perhaps just Inquisition contact.
Fenris: Possibly involved in some quests depending on his DA2 fate.
Maevaris: Possibly quest giver, but my money would be on companion. Like Cole came from non-game media, he was also a fan fav.
And I will personally still hold out a small hope for an open slot for Bethany/Carver. A man can dream!

I really don't know how I feel about Fenris being in the next game specially depending on his fate in DA2 and then what you did with Hawke. Not saying I wouldn't want to see my favorite grumpy elf but for some reason I feel like seeing him in Tevinter would be weird and out of place.
