I've played all of the Dragon Age series, and I don't recall if I've ever seen a married Keeper. I feel like I might have, but I need someone to confirm or deny this.
Are they allowed to marry? Or do they have some kind of vow of celibacy?

Zathrian had a daughter which was tortured and left for dead, so there's a good chance he was married.
When asked about his family he didn't say much, i don't think he implied that he had a wife.
No reason why they can't. There is nothing supporting that they can't get married.

The Mahariel's father was a Keeper, though he was involved in a sort of Romeo/Juliet situation with his girl, I don't think there was any stipulation against joining, just that their respective clans disapproved of it.
Also, as others point out, Zathrian had two children. Though they are mentioned, their mother isn't. Not surprising considering the ones who speak of what happened in the past are the werewolves.
Keeper Marethari was married when she was first and not yet Keeper , so I assume yes Keeper can get married.
You think of them as priests.
Think of them as Chieftains, instead. That is the closest comparison I can come up with, and Chieftains definitely married.
Keepers are often descended from the Dales' nobility: if there's one universal truth about aristocrats, it's their obsession about keeping their bloodline going.

I'm pretty sure they can and do marry but likely long before they actually become Keeper. I would imagine that the Dalish marry young so they can start producing children to keep up clan numbers. So the Keeper would have married and raised children while still an apprentice. The majority of Keepers we meet seem rather old, so may be their spouses are dead.
Mahariel's father was Keeper to the Sabrae clan before Marethari, according to DAO, although they changed the dates in WoT2 so Mahariel would have had to be around 50 when becoming Grey Warden according to the history given there. Marethari was First to the Keeper, who married her sweetheart, the Keeper's Second. Then he was killed in the same attack that fatally wounded the Keeper. It may well be that Marethari did not marry again because she remained true to the love she had for her first husband, nor did she have any children. This would explain why she seemed to regard Merrill as more of a daughter.
Merrill would seem to have been unusual in not having married at an early age but that may well have been from choice. Unlike the city elves, the Dalish do not seem to go in for arranged marriages but leave it up to the individuals who they wish to be with. They probably encourage a degree of inter clan matches so the clan's do not become too inbred. Mahariel's father was disapproved of by his spouse's clan because he had the view that the Dalish could learn from interacting with humans, which did not go down too well with her clearly conservative clan. The only other thing I think they might disapprove of is same sex partnerships because of the need to produce children, but there has been nothing definitively stated on the subject by the writers. I'm pretty sure it was stated somewhere that the Dalish marry for life and are faithful to their spouses. This makes sense because the clans could not stand the ill feeling that would result in a small community from extra marital affairs.
If Keepers from two different clans get married they form a super-clan
Thanks everyone!
