N7 Day is Almost Here! November 2, 2015

Ready your omni-tool, throw on your N7 gear, and get ready for a trip to the Citadel, because N7 Day is just through the next Mass Relay. This Saturday, November 7^th, we’re celebrating the Mass Effect Trilogy with a marathon Extra Life livestream, giveaways, and awesome deals on Mass Effect merch. And while we won’t have any major announcements for Mass Effect: Andromeda this N7 Day, keep an eye out on Saturday for some surprises that we’re sure you’ll enjoy.

Share What N7 Means to You: Without question, Mass Effect inspires pride and passion within our community and we want you to share that passion with us. What is your favorite Mass Effect memory? Got a cozy N7 hoodie to show off? Have an all-time favorite quote from the series you’d like to share? Did you cosplay as Shepard at the latest con? Whatever it is, we encourage you to share what N7 means to you by using #N7Day on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook. We’ll be retweeting some fan posts throughout Saturday, so get creative!

 

 

Extra Life Marathon Stream: This year we’ll be hosting a marathon livestream to help raise money for Extra Life. Join us as we play through the entirety of the Mass Effect 3: Citadel DLC, and let us know in the chat what choices you want us to make. With lots of great prizes to be won and a chance to chat with our devs, you don’t want to miss out! Tune in here starting at 9am PST on Saturday.

Yeah.. I just saw their post on the BW blog... Man this is disappointing as F.

I was supposed to go and visit mom this weekend, then I remember that this saturday is 7 so I was considering delaying family business for next weekend. But after seeing this? come on Bio...

Like I know the N7 day is not supposed to be an announcement event or anything, but seriously though... is it not a good time to reveal something? when the bloody heck is "end of the year" then? I guess is E3 2016 then... *sigh*

I know that this doesn't necessary mean they wont show anything whatsoever or even talk about the game, but still it doesn't' give much hope either.

Well, we still don't know for sure if they wont show anything at all this N7. But again, is not looking particularly promising.

Last year was pretty lame too, just a bunch of concept art and they didn't even say anything, just described the pictures like random people talking about random stuff... was pretty bad now that I think about it.

Nothing major doesn't mean nothing. And so far we got nothing major. Whatever it is it will keep this forum going until the end of the year and the next release of info. I mean look how often we post with the nothing we have so far.

I pretty much expected exactly this, and I will be pleasantly surprised if they show anything of even minute substance related to the game.

A gameplay trailer I'd call major. A hey look at cool images trailer not so much. And the title it would be hard to come up with something smaller.

I wouldn't be surprised if they will show next to nothing at all there as well.

Saying "we will show something later this year" is a fantastic way to get fanboys off your ass while you try to put something together. If the game isn't ready to really show off, then we will probably get another "conceptual" trailer and they will say "we will show more next year!".

Aw well. Would have liked to get excited about N7 day, but not overly bummed about how it'll pan out this year. Charity work is a good thing and besides, if there was something major to show us at this point, the forums would likely erupt with indignation about how rushed the development seems. Frankly, I could do without it.

Still, kinda holding out hope that backwards compatibility will announced for ME2 & ME3, though.
