Great idea - yes
Reality - no... (there is only one space hamster remaining).

Bringing back a few events would be a great marketing ploy for the next game. A lot of new players will pick this game up and play it just before Andromeda is released. They really need to advertise the mp though, as im sure a lot of us came across it by accident at first playthrough.

Or a better idea would be to give a free digital download of ME3 if you preorder Andromeda or something. But what do I know.

Implying they have access to edit the live ini values anymore. I imagine most of the people would have their access restricted from something on long term maintenance.

Additionally that file is generated in UE3, I kinda doubt there's much UE3 in biovars offices anymore.

Smeckie, Smeckie.., Funny that u should mention Jugger Nuggs and Wiener so close together -> reminds me of Ryan Grigson's hat, I thought that name was buried and forgotten - like having a brother in jail -

-there will always be some "Patty & Selma" aunts that like to stir and get double loads of old washing done....

It's a bit of a letdown. Obviously no ME3MP event, which is no surprise, but nothing on MEA either.

 

Oh well, we can come up with our own N7 day challenges, as some already have. I've set myself a personal goal of locking 10 pugs in the reactor. Locking BSNers in counts triple. Come and play with me.

Unfortunately they said in the past all weekend events were manually setup so not some level of automation. It's shame, if it was automated they could have set it up to cycle through preset or RNG weekend missions after the 1 year deadline had expired. The RNG could have been funny, where you could have ridiculously easy or ridiculously hard missions, because RNG is RNG.

Challenges have always been done by hand. In fact it's actually really complicated cause its all defined in the ini on the server (same as local coalesced), but its pretty damn complex. It's like a db schema in ini. Even I can't figure it out.

That sentence can be sooo misinterpreted. Luckily we don't have kids under 20 reading this forum
