For a main character, definitely Varric. Might as well talk to someone I have something in common with, which is writing a lot and not meeting my family's expectations.
Also, Alistair, because I'm always awful to him in the game and he's actually a good guy. I'd take him out for coffee and apologize. 
For side characters, Professor Frederic or Dagna (Ravenclaws represent!) and maybe the Augur, because I love that guy.
I would like to meet Sera so I can punch her in the face.
I'd go to a pub with Alistair, or Varric.

mmmhh... Cullen, Varric or Sandal oh and Sebastian because of his voice.
But If i could meet Cullen I would be too shy to say anything to him. Same with Sebastian. But still I would be so happy.
With Varric i feel like i could be myself. And I`m only 157cm (5'2?) So I would not have to look up every time I talk to him like with Cullen or someone else.
And Sandal...well I want to give him a big hug.

Your awful to Alistair? What a crime! I'd stare at Alistair hopeless until he told me I was being a creep. But I'd tell him he is too cute for me not stare at him..

. Oh that is sort of bad. I never did such a thing to him. I love Alistair, he's one my all time favorites (along with a Rivlamanced Isabela, DA2 Varric, and Aveline. And Cassandra, and Dorian, and Cullen).

Dagna. She seems to cool to hang out with and well, I'd love to learn about magic things from her though I think she'd probably cause a power outage somehow when tinkering with human things on planet Earth... for science!
Honestly? The Iron Bull, for one reason and one reason alone. I'd love to see if I could hang off of his horns and go on a fancy merry-go-round. I'm a pretty small person, so I'm sure he could handle it easily.
We don't know if the Maker is real or not, so he doesn't count. The Character kind of has to be proven real in order to count.
I would say that the Maker is more real that any other character ,since if i go to Canada i can met him in the form of Patrick weekes,while the others do not exist at all.
