Must be some mighty fine rare mushrooms up there.

indeed.
now, what this is all about: working on some improvements on core mobility, such as jump height, gravity, rotation speed, dodge, sustained sprint (instead of an active ability that deactivates everytime you attack), side step mobility, etc. as the base game doesn't offer much gameplay value at that level
now you can guess how I got there.. ![]()
I could really go for some Gorgonzola right about now.

What a cheesy thread, Wavebend.
I see in that second picture you're supposed to locate the door. I don't think "yep, can totally see it from up here" qualifies.
My name is Luka, I live on the second floor....
Wensleydale?

You bring up a fair point. What exactly isthe point of the sprint button?(Besidesanimation cancel).Like, why force the player to constantly press sprint? Why not just decide on a baseline and save us a lot of pressing/clicking.(Yes I know aboutanimation canceling, but surelythat'snotwhat was intended)
It is very odd that they have a sprint button in multiplayer, seeing as it is not a thing in singleplayer.
My conclusion? To confuse new players who just came over from singleplayer ("Why can they move faster than me? Is it a passive I don't know about?") and animation canceling.
It took me like a month when I first started MP to figure out how they were moving faster than me..I just couldn't keep up. One day I accidentally pressed a button and my Hunter suddenly started moving faster..Idk how I didn't figure it out sooner xDIt is very odd that they have a sprint button in multiplayer, seeing as it is not a thing in singleplayer.

Animation canceling took me even longer to learn..I wanna say April or May is when I learned about it.
Not gonna lie, I accidentally figured out how sprint because singleplayer ingrained the search-ping thingy into my brain (clicking the left stick on console), and I kept doing it even in multiplayer. Within a couple of games I had figured out how useful it could be to cancel long attack animations.
so jealous -- always wanted to get close to that cheese
I forgot about that thing xD haven't done single player in so long. I knew that ability wasn't in MP so I never even bothered with the buttonNot gonna lie, I accidentally figured out how sprint because singleplayer ingrained the search-ping thingy into my brain (clicking the left stick on console), and I kept doing it even in multiplayer. Yes. It's a cheese. Unlike that American "cheese" I'm sure you eat. ![]()
