I'm not convinced there won't be teasers or small snippets of information, key word is 'major' in how that was phrased, along with mentioning "surprises".

 

I'm expecting possible concept art. Maybe a name or two for squadmates.

I wish they hadn't announced it yet. Wait until 3 months before release. The hype of DA:I got a bit to life consuming so I'm mostly trying to ignore this for the most part.

I was on the xbox 360 ...yesterday, I think, and there were sales on the ME3 dlc being offered. It said something about 50% off, but I didn't look to deep into it because I already have the dlc's.

 

Note, this is the first time I have ever seen ME3 dlc on sale. It reminded me of N7 day and brought me back to the forums to check on any potential upcoming info.....

 

.....after reading this announcement, I'm a little irritated right now.

When is there ever anything decent on N7 day? It feels like it's simply boiled down to the 'What does N7 mean to you? (Say something inspirational about Mass Effect, but don't mention Shepard)' question. 

 

Maybe we'll get a pic of a ME cake, a T-shirt giveaway or a video about how brilliant everything was/is/is going to be, but other that? I can see Bethesda's untimely shadow looming large over anything noteworthy. Bad timing is bad. 

 

Other than that though, what does N7 mean to you? (But don't say Shepard; the avatar and most famous member of the N7 program is not allowed to represent it anymore it seems)

Honestly, I don't care for ME anymore. I've gotten bored of the first trilogy due to the numerous times I've played through the entire story. I've spent many hours playing ME3 MP on the Xbox 360 and the PC, so that got boring years ago, because I can only play horde mode for so long. I only visit these forums to read the hilarious posts, the troll posts, and the countless arguments that show up.

 

Thankfully, there are other, interesting IPs to invest my time in. Halo 5 just came out, Black Ops III comes out tonight, I've recently re-subscribed to SWTOR, and I plan to throw many more hours into that game. Star Wars Battlefront comes out this month and Episode VII comes out next month.

 

I'm hoping we don't get any major information on MEA until E3 2016. Depending on what's shown, that might get me interested into ME again which would make the wait until release unbearable.

I really wish they'd do like what was done with ESO and Neverwinter and bring SWTOR to consoles. May never happen though...

No major MEA news? Here's hoping for some minor news...for something! I was actually looking forward to N7 day as I was expecting news! I've never paid any attention to it in the past. This announcement has just ruined N7 day for me! Ruined!

I read that as "Mass Effect Trilogy Remaster: Confirmed".

 

....then again, I'm high on Bionic Wind and Credit Chits.

 

I see that like this: they will play The Citadel DLC and at the end of the video they will say something like "BTW we were playing the Remastered Edition of the Mass Effect Trilogy for PS4 and Xbox One, release date february 2016, have a good day guys"

That makes no sense at all.

It's pretty simple. If you don't hear anything, all is well.

If they released the trilogy onto the ps4 i'd be more than okay.

They do indicate that the fans will be happy though with something that they will release. It may be a few images or whatever but something may be available that is Andromeda related. 

 

If interested, I put the 5 major things they did announce about what will happen tomorrow on the vid. It's all we know and have so far. Wish there were more.

They said no major announcements, not that there wouldn't be announcements at all. For me this would imply we're not going to learn anything about the plot, or the main protagonist & crew, but that we may learn something about what races made the journey and perhaps some of the tech that will be featured. I've no doubt there will be something worth creating dozens of speculation threads about.

Technically no. It's a celebratory thing more than an info dump.

 

But if there was any time to info dump for the fanbase, it would be N7 day.

If we don't get anything tomorrow than I'm thinking The Game Awards next month for more info. Although, if we do get anything tomorrow maybe it'll be more artwork.
