Any links out there that give an explanation to the options within the Configuration utility for ME2?

Anything in particular that you're wondering about? I'm not aware of any guides right now.

Currently interested in those options not covered within the game itself, such as "Number of Cinematic Lights" & "Use Spherical Harmonic Lighting". Does one cancel the other? I'm most interested in making sure everything is set to the maximum settings on the PC version.

Still can't find explanations of the configuration settings not listed within the ingame menus.
