I own Dragon Age: Origins for the PS3, and it was my understanding that having DA:O wwould somehow grant me access to the armor in ME2. How do I go abut getting that?

if you bought dragon age you need to redeem it via the redeem button under profile -> redeem promo code (need the same code for dragon age). then open ME2 and click downloadable content and download the blood dragon armor thing that it should pop up on the social site.

It tells me the code has already been used. Does it only work for one game? If I already used the code for Dragon age, is it then impossible to get the armor in Mass Effect3?

If you have already redeemed the code when you played Dragon Age, then you should now see the Mass Effect version on the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page with a link to download an .exe to run to install the Blood Dragon Armor for Mass Effect 2.
