I was flying around scanning the planets after checking out the Normandy crash site and ran out of probes. I noticed one more planet (Takkan) that I hadn't been to and went into orbit around it. When I'd finished reading the info about the place I hit the Esc key to get back to the system view but it wouldn't work. I tried every key combination I could but it wouldn't back out. I had to kill the game and foolishly hadn't saved before I went there. I've run into the clipping problems as well. Just more patch #1 info. Other than some movies being jerky the game's been fabulous.

This is on:

Windows 7 64 bit
Quad Core Intel 9450
ATI 4870 X 2
X-Fi Fatal1ty Pro

i got this aswell, but the Esc button doesnt work at all.
