It's not bad, but Tech is better.  And don't be fooled, Cluster Grenades are Tech.

Cluster Grenade is a technological device (AKA TECH) which delivers a Biotic Explosion.  Show me one Biotic Power which delivers a Tech Explosion.

 

You can't.

 

Warp detonating Tech Bursts does not count, because Warp has no Tech component.  It is not an attribute of Warp to detonate Tech; rather it is an attribute of Tech to BE detonated by Warp, showcasing just how superior and versatile Tech is over Biotics.

 

The same goes for Throw, incidentally.
