As of right now:
(roughly paraphrased)
Alistair: You are like this beautiful rose, a thing of beauty amongst all the dark and evil things of the world.
PC: Oh Alistair, I don't know what to say...
Alistair: Right. Now that the awkward emotional part is done, can we get to the naked steamy bits?
PC: ...And you were doing so well.
I like it better when you call his bluff and tell him to get our of his armor. So funny.

You: "blah blah.. they had griffins.."
Waynne: "Oh you are too late they died out a long time ago"

You: "Does it have Griffins in it?"
Waynne: "Its like talking to a child!"
You: "Well does it have griffins in it or not?"

The dialogue is awesome. It always annoys me that I can't have all the party members along in one go, so I can hear what they're all saying to each other. I always feel like I'm missing out! :|

If you ever play the Human Noble origin, make sure you talk to young Oren before you run off to your room to start the night's events. My favorite line in the entire game is there. Whenever someone from QA discovers it, they generally find my office and stare at me in horror: "Dave, you're a MONSTER!"
It makes me giggle.
Take that, dire bunny! All darkspawn fear my sword of truthiness! - Oren
Would that be the line you are referring to? Would be the only relevant on I can remember considering the movie and the book series that comes to mind.

Alistair: I get it, I get it. Just so you know, if the king ever asks me to put on a dress and dance the Remigold, I'm drawing the line. Darkspawn or no.
Player: You have some odd ideas about the king.
Alistair: I happen to be quite fetching in a dress.

I cried when I saw that. I should have picked that to see what she will say in return. But I took the "fun" option.
