This game has so many awesome and unny quotes. I chuckle just remembering all the ones you all have listed.

The forest has the Rhyming tree and the crazy old hermit, they were fun.

Allistar has some really nice ones. And, well. You really do just collect a party of weirdos.
Games shouldn't have it any other way.

when you take Oghren outside and he seems disoriented, you ask him about it and he says hes fine, you press some more and asks if he feels awkward or something and he replys

not so much a single line, but the entire "Pike twirling" conversation between Oghren and Wynne was very funny.

"Could you crawl under a bush and die. That would be great, thanks." Also when the hound runs off and brings a kid along when he comes back in the capitol. I love when first reaching Lothering some of the lines in that conversation are good.

I like the random chat when walking around between Morrigan and Leliana when you are rommancing both at the same time. Those 2 get quite catty, threating each other.

Love almost anything Oghren says, one was mid-fight after he killed something.

I do believe I made the choice of bringing along Morrigan and Leliana at the same time, once, and Morrigan told Leliana to stop staring at her breasts.

This isn't a line, but after you get Leliana to 100 and in love with you... sometimes when you click on her she will giggle like your really touching her... I just thought it was kinda funny.

Just before the group finds a meteor fragment, theres a cutscene with a old couple talking while looking in the crater...Lady sez "Oh look its a child"...old dude sez "He has 5 fingers and toes, lets take him home Marta and raise him as our own"...

Its not dialogue but when you go to "The Pearl" to get your mojo on, and you pick "Women" check out the third girl from the left (the really short one) she's constantly waving at you, and I think even starts to jump, like she's trying to say....Pick me! Pick me! I lol at that.

I love just about anything that Oghren says. Especially the "so with the boss, aye?" with Alistair. I lol'd for a good five minutes.
