Hi Everybody,
Even if you have no intention of playing my module, I would still be interested in what Screen Resolution you play your NWN2 games in.
For my own module, this is of relevance, because of some of the GUI sizes I have in the module. If you play using a size different from 1920 x 1080, then I need to be able to provide an alternative XML file, and I want to know how many will need this alternative compared to the current "standard" I was expecting.
For this reason, knowing players screen resolution may also be useful for other builders too.
So, please tell me what screen resolution you play in ... Thanks!
Lance.

I've seen that setup. It looks pretty nice.

I play normally in 3840x2160, or UHD (often called 4K, although technically 4K is 4096x2160). I am definitely interested in playing your module, but I also understand that we UHD folks are not very numerous, so perhaps making a separate UI for us is not a good idea.
I can play in 2560x1440 (1440p) as well. 1920x1080 doesn't work for me though due to the way my monitor/TV natively upscales it.

A plebeian 1440 x 900.
Me too - and that's if I plug my laptop into a monitor (which I always do anyway). Otherwise it'd be 1366 x 768.
Although I've since discovered I can go up to 1920 x 1080 if I can be bothered plugging my laptop into my TV.

Hi Tchos,
Out of curiosity, what kind of hardware/software (graphic card arrangement) are you using to have that display?
And .... I guess that is supplying true "extra" real estate at that resolution then? (i.e. It's not stretched.)
And .... why does it equate to 6000 and not (3 x 1920 = 5760)?
Cheers,
Lance.

To my understanding, 6000x1080 is so called "bezel corrected" resolution, that is there are non-displayed parts right where the monitor frames are between the screens. What is actually displayed is still 5760x1080.

Hi MayCaesar,
Ah! That makes sense then. Thanks for the explanation.
Cheers,

Hi Tchos,

That's Marshall's display, not mine. My display is as I reported, 1920 x 1080.

Sorry, my mistake ... In that case ...

That video is two and a half years old. At the time I believe I was running a single GeForce GTX 680 driving 3x 27" Samsung Monitors.
