I only use Bolt, FS and Broadsides. What's the best way to take advantage of Critical Dam bonus with abilities? I assume it's equipping it to her off hand since she uses that hand for Bolt and Broadsides

Put it the main hand if it you higher damage dagger, offhand if it isn't. As long as it is equipped you get the bonus.
