Hardest hitting shield bash?

I'm aware of passives, buffs teammates can apply such as sundering, etc, etc.
Has anyone seen or done this in the past? And if so, what was/is the perfect mixture to cause numbers this high in perilous or NM....again?
Thanx in advance

Eh the highest I've done was around 45k I think. Nothing close to that. Space magic?
This. I did one near 40k on RT shield guys with full guard. For some reason if you bash a shield guy on his shield you get guard penetration...

Aliens.
Or To the Death. Might as well sacrifice a Keeper with Cycle of Life while you're at it.

Sometimes people just get crazy big numbers out of nowhere. I saw someone on my friends list hit to for 45K from the first hit from Throwing Blades. It wasn't flanking, and no other Throwing Blades he used hit for more than the normal amount. Pronto one time also got a 150K Deathblow on what I believe was an assassin.

Yeah, there are a lot of potential reasons for super high inflated numbers and sometimes, no clear reason at all. We would need to know specific circumstances to try to understand why. Other reasons might be inherent vulnerabilities to physical damage (Qunari commander) or how the dragon takes greater damage when close to death.

I am trying to replicate at a shield bash attack I seen only once. It was a 90k hit with full guard on enemy. Full team, perilous.
I'm aware of passives, buffs teammates can apply such as sundering, etc, etc.
Has anyone seen or done this in the past? And if so, what was/is the perfect mixture to cause numbers this high in perilous or NM....again?

As far as I can tell, Shield Bash scales with the amount of guard the enemy puts up. As a result, the greater the amount of guard, the higher the number Shield Bash will put out, assuming your character has the stats to do a SB of enough magnitude and the enemy's guard is completely full. The highest I've seen are against Dragons, but apparently some NM enemies create more guard than the Dragon (Fear Demons and Qunari Shock Troopers come to mind). This should be even higher in Heartbreaker. Hakkon LS is probably key as well, as well as a Shield Bash ring and perhaps a Crit Damage ring. I didn't mention that you have to crit on the SB, but that shouldn't be a problem for you ![]()

How do share video clips on here without tweeter? I will post
I have no need to make up fairy tales at this point of my life
I prefer to upload my clips or screenshots to onedrive within Xbox's upload studio. Then I go to onedrive and generate a link to share it.
And I doubt anyone thinks you are making up fairy tales. I 100% believe it.
I still don't have any clue why my deathblow hit that hard. Was a fluke.

I will try it later tonight.
Yeah, it was probably a once in a life time thing. Sure would like to figure it out though

With old TTD on Venatori Commander in HB (obviously on my Lego) I cast TTd on her. Ran around for a minute or so defending then hit her, with full barrier, with Shield Bash. I hit for 110K I wish I was fast enough for a screen shot. She had no barrier and noticeably less hp, it was amazing xD

i have noticed certain things just randomly do insane damage, i poked a qunari defender in the back with my sword (sort of flanking slightly to one side) at the time he had full barrier and full hp (just popped during a solo match next to a scabyass) on peri and he died with 220k showing above his head, try as I might I couldn't do that same trick again, next match full team and I was poking stuff (no skills) randomly for 20k+ then I hit the dragon (again from behind but slightly to the side) with sb and practically one shot the thing (first touch of the party) now I was host and I don't mod so its not some random thing that way,
I dropped after that match restarted the game promoted the lego and started again on private matches and randomly I would see insane damage, but not just me doing to the mobs but also randomly them doing it to me as well, a case in point being a bolter (like 20 of them all walking at me from different directions, thank god for P.I. and WF +WF proc) all of them are doing 1 damage and just making my health move a tiny bit then one of them gets an angle and bam his bolts of doom are popping numbers in the thousands and predictably I went down, other times on various maps I have been randomly one shot by things (one time even a quanri spearmen, last mob on the map and his spear takes full guard + barrier +dead and totally ignored the health gate which then proc'd on my corpse .......
made me think of back in the day when I played Age Of Conan, getting hit from behind could get you oneshot even though the stuff only did 1 damage to you because of a coding bug ...... perhaps this is all were seeing a code bug that manifests randomly when you hit the sweet spot that whilst really tiny still gets hit from time to time /

I wouldn't be surprised. Back in my noob days, I remember hitting a dragon on separate occasions with SB for 32K. It was always when it had guard. My normal SB's would hit for around 2k. I haven't taken notice lately.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one, seeing crazy high damage numbers without reason.
Once I was playing Archer, (I think vs DS) one of the dwarves was in front of me, so I used Leaping Shot and instead of many small damage numbers, I saw one big 6 digit number. ![]()
Sadly I don't have a screenshot of it, cause I was so perplex, I just stared at the screen.
Also, yes I had the passive Opportunity Knocks.
