It is their loss. I've played ME2/3 with all DLCs, but will not purchase them for my own copies of the games without a healthy discount, and will not bother with ME:A when it is released just because the series has such a bad history wrt DLCs.
If ME:A eventually gets a discounted complete edition I'd most likely pick it up (which is what I did with DA:I), and if they release a ME Trilogy-to-complete upgrade at a discount prior to releasing ME:A I'm likely to pre-order ME:A
