Bioware made several games. They have good parts, even some very good parts. And other that are terrible and that you hope you will never see again.
I'm not talking about plot twist, personnal feeling about the story or the artwork part. No, I'm talking about parts that can break the immersion and give some negative feeling.
*Don't forget the PC gamers and made usable interface : lot of people love the K+M duo.
*Never again use the font of DAI : Grey capital letters of 1mm height on white background is NOT the better way to use text.
*The tactical tables of ME3 are a good way to change the weapons of your team... But in the middle of a map full of enemies with not a single escape route you can take the weapons and mods from your spaceship? Seriously?
*Sidequest have a beginning, a story and an ending. ME3 sidequest begins by an eavesdropping from an dense MC staying here and listening conversations. Feeling like a crappy stalker here...
*Make a good inventory system. It is needed if Bioware want various features.
*Why is money a so limited ressource? I understand for ME3, you don't have time but in ME2 you have tons of minerals piling in the ship... let us trade a little, for a change.
*Don't screw up the banters. Enough of the silent treatement of DAI.
*Try to make a polished game at release. Bioware's updates tend to be lethal this days...
*Try to make a canon story that doesn't heavily involve DLCs for the sequels. Non-buyers musn't be punished.
*Egality between male and female MC romances whereabouts. Female LI tend to be pretty backstabbing in Bioware's games...
*A good main antagonist. The Reapers story failed at the end, Ceberus was able to take down the Citadel alone before disappearring and Corypheus was almost always outside the main plot. ME needs a new, serious and well made antagonist (several posts about that)
*Don't use MMORPG mecanics like grinding on ressources by walking in big empty semi-openworldish maps.
*The War Table is a F2P mecanic. 10+hours missions break the overall rythme.
*Don't use any "Deus Ex Machina" to conclude 100+ hours of story with a 5 minutes plot twist.
*Don't screw up the controls of the "mako" or "hammerhead" in ME:A. We must ENJOY this parts, not brocking our teeths by blocking our jaws.
*Avoid timelimit mission that spawn and stop the free exploration.
*Give interest in the classes outside of battles : An engineer MC must have engineer talk for exemple.
*Give possibility to be REALLY evil. Make the limit of Parangon/Renegade action believable : being unable to be kind is somewhat strange. (Lot of posts about a change of this system)
*No negative feedback on singleplayer campaign if the player choose to ignore the multiplayer part (Not an MGSV thingy please).
*Squad members with clothes and not armors in middle of a fight. Same about the almighty breather making people able to survive vaccum space.
*The close-range weapons are overpowered against heavily armored target : give an explanation to the source of this power. So long, we never had a squademate with a sword or knife : the hightech blades need an introduction.
*Put ambiant music in the game. No Inquisition-like style that fade away after 5 sec.
*A good introduction is needed. No shootout like in ME3.
*Lore getting forgetted : Black matter plot, sun getting old too quickly, the canal to invade the Citadel... Stop forgetting your own stories Bioware.
*Global interface of space flight need some work. Like not being able to go trhough a star...
*No magical Avenger/heavy pistol you don't even have equipped that show up in the hand of the MC and the squademates during the cinematics. Let them show their chosen weapons.
*No husks. Zombies are everywhere in modern gaming now. Lot of posts here show they are fed up with it.
*Don't use male character's animation for the female MC. Looks sometimes really horrible.
*Character Creator : The light during the creation must make us able to make exactly what we want. Or give us the possibility to change the face if the in-game result is depressing.
*Make us able to name our saves. And be able to save more regulary.
*No three-light colored ending with press a-b or c.
*The MC must have a past.
*If we have a spaceship, give us a 2nd in command that stay inside during our missions. If all the vital crew is on the planet, who will continue the survey?
*Would be good to see alien vehicules. Don't know what look have a turian or asari one for exemple.
*No RNG. Seriously.
*No big gaps between the cinematics and the reality of the fight concerning biotics powers.
*If you want to put sexy suit on a character, don't make it for the default one : bikini chainmail have a low level of protection, even in space.
*No DayOne DLC. Especially if it comes with a squadmate.
*PC versions : More options in the configuration menu, like the control of the V Sync. For the DLCs, the controls are a pain and most user need to shortcut them with mods. Why punish honest consumer at the point they can't use the stuff they legally buyed? Stop that.
*Recycled animation : Many injured PNJ in ME3 had the exact same wound.
*Aliens to be really aliens, not humans in disguise. Like the Rachni.
*No more IGN character. Looks too much like the Doritos Gate, you know...
*Too much Hordes modes in singleplayer campaign.
*No planet probing to ripoff some ressources in a timesink eyesore minigame. (how come I forget about it?)
*ME3 had only two options to finish conversations. Give back the neutral one.
*No space Jesus.
*No microloading in the middle of hacking (PS3 ME1 port...)
*Don't put microtransactions in the singleplayer campaign.
*If you want to make the MC jump, made some good maps where it is enjoyable. Not like a certain oasis in DAI...
*About the diversity of gay/trans/lesbo or other things like that : Don't put them in the game for the fun of it or because you have some plans to open the mind of the gamers. Give them some reasons to be here.
*If you want to make an environnement noisy, don't put people in there who talk normally. We want to hear them.
*No more lacking of storage while we got at the same time enormous personnal place for the MC.
*More tactical combat with more variety of orders to give to the squadmates.
*No sexual harrassement cameras anymore. Why must we have butts and boobs in front of our faces while we are talking about life and death situation?
