I have no where else to turn at this point. My last few orders from the store have been utterly miserable. One was due to be shipped out to me by the end of August (and it's almost mid November) and another recent one looks like it's also not going to arrive on time.
I've put in tickets to be reviewed and one person did indeed review it and set things in motion. Last month. And still nothing. I am so disappointed and considering just asking for a refund and giving up completely on being able to buy from the store ever again.
It's just so strange for these packages to suddenly disappear after so many good runs. I understand that I'm in Australia but that really isn't an excuse for poor customer service in not getting back to me on any of my tickets.
If anybody else out there is having that issue, how did you solve this? Was it ever solved? I'm just incredibly frustrated right now.
