A badass Asari like Aethyta or Tela Vasir would be nice.

Aside from that, I don't really care as long as they are interesting enough.

Would be awesome to have an Asari commando who acted like them

An Elcor walking battling tank. Male. Former premium role as Hamlet.^^

An Hanar soldier in a floating armored suit who stay calm and polite in the middle of the fight.

A female Drell with casual long robes who want to live like the old traditions and don't give a **** about being in space.

A Quarian engineer with 3-5 Geths programs haunting his suit.

A Batarian would be interesting, but they've chosen their fate well before ME:A.

All humans, all the time!

But seriously.

I wouldn't mind an Asari or a Turian, and you can't go wrong with a Krogan. Perhaps even a Batarian.

What does that mean? The Batarians aren't a hivemind.

I think he's saying that due to the Reaper invasion, the Batarians are nearly extinct. They got hit pretty bad, so I think they would need to stay to rebuild their species. Then again, we don't know when the ship began it's voyage, so it's possible we could see some Batarians.

As for the Quarians, it would be nice to see them again, but due to what happened in ME3, it could go either way.

They are pretty much isolationists, keep themselves closed off from the galaxy. They have animosity towards humanity and the council species, because they felt slighted. I have gotten the impression the Batarian Hegemony wanted nothing to do with humanity, especially after Shepard rams an asteroid into a relay, eventually wiping out an entire system.

We don't know when the timeline is for ME:A yet, but that is one factor. That and they are isolationists. When they find out the other species are working together on a joint effort to explore Andromeda, I doubt the Batarians would swallow their pride, admit that they were wrong and lend a helping hand. If anything, I could see them trying to sabotage the project.

Just my thinking.

But again, they're not a hivemind. We've already met several Batarians that aren't isolationists, slavers, hegemonic, etc.

Male Quarian, male Turian, and Krogan of either gender. If we absolutely have to have an Asari, then someone like Aria, please.

Bray, the crazy Batarian doomsayer on Omega, the Batarian merchant from the comics.

Bray is a lackey that works for a thug. I'm sure Bray couldn't think for himself even if Aria told him to do it.

Ah yes, the "Repent, the end is nigh" guy? Didn't he also say that "humans are a blight on the galaxy?"

A merchant only cares about their goods and making a profit. If a human comes up to you to purchase your goods, more than likely you're not going to turn them down.

Did you play Omega? Bray is a sharp dude who doesn't care about humans, the hegemony or old feuds. He's about as logical as any character in the series.

He doesn't like humans but he's not an isolationist or hegemonic. He's preaching to all who will listen.

You're making assumptions about the character. He was basically like Bray but not a criminal.

We only met like 9 Batarians. And most of them were in DLC.

So a third of Batarian's aren't hiveminds. That's good to know.
