I really don't have anything to add to the topic since I think most of you got it right. It's a way for Kieran to honor his Origins (haha) I honestly never noticed before it was pointed out though. I saw the pendant on his chest, but I never registered the meaning behind it.

I've never been able to get the cutscene where Morrigan talks about Kieran with either Alistair or Loghain to play. I've tried manually editing the plot flags, but it seems to be beyond me. I may never have witnessed the cutscenes in my own game, but I have watched videos of them, and the comparison between Morrigan's behavior toward either Alistair or Loghain and divorced parents could not be more apt. She's maintaining a civil demeanor because Kieran is right there, but that doesn't mean that her feelings about either of them has changed. That isn't to say that she hasn't mellowed, but that's due to a maturity she didn't have ten years before. Ten years before, she would never have been able to resist the urge to make sarcastic remarks at their expense. Now she can. Everyone grows up sooner or later.

She still has some sarcastif comments, mostly about the HoF if they're in a romance and especially about his title.

 

And early in Witch Hunt, when you meet her in the final scene of the DLC and the dog running at her, she smiles and cuddle with him (sort of), knowing that the first time you meet your mabari, she's not that nice with it, calling him mangy beast.

Kieran? He's the bastard son of my Prince Consort and his mistress, Morrigan. I Image they'll be having another kid once he comes back.... A daughter this time. He most likely considers Morrigan more his wife then his mistress actually. Though he's married to Anora, she and him will probaly end up with one child. A boy, who grows up with his half sister and other half brother (I image they have twins this time around...) He'll be a decent King, with short black hair and grey eyes. His name will be Daniel.
