I just finished this so so game and was going to start a new one but since I do not have home internet I can not do any thing other than the stupid default. I do not know who's idea it was to have only one story option for this game but they should be fired for it. there are many people such as my self that do not have internet access so to do things hat must have internet for a game is just DUMB. I'm writing this not from my home. also I did not like that there is no healer class dumb move. I'm getting turned off from your games after this and the whole thing of having to have internet to get things for the game. if ye keep this up I hope ye go out of business for doing such things. I have been a fun of ye're games since I first played knights of the old republic and jade empire but ye have gone way to fare from ye're roots. things like this are bad moves. I also have never seen any thing other than the really bad ME3 ending that comes with the game for the whole internet mush have to get it. all I can say now is bad on ye for this and learn from this and DO NOT DO IT AGAIN. make sure ye have more than the one default option for a game for many people still do not have internet in this day for we can not afford it.

Thank ye for ye're time.

No option to set the worldstate in game is a little troublesome, especially since there aren't all that many things Inquisition recognizes from the previous games anyway. There was almost no reason for the Keep at all regarding Inquisition.

Wait until you get to the part where you were able to customize Hawke the first time around. ^_^

How ironic that it is a nightmare to do so. No matter how much I try, she looks nothing like her DA2 version.

Well, no worries then. If you play with the preset worldstate, it doesn't give you the option to customize Hawke. It's always the default male mage.

But I agree. My Hawke was the default female rogue. The one Inquisition starts you out with looked nothing like the DA2 version, and even when I thought I got her right in the custom character creator, I shook my head as soon as I saw her in Skyhold's sunlight. Eventually I just said, "close enough".

I know right? Especially her nose size and the tilt. Sure, looks good enough in CC but then in game, uh...looks like a Dwarven mountain.

...you do not have internet access... yet you can come here...

That requires a clarification BEFORE you go any further than that.

You clearly have some semblance of internet access.

How did you even activate the game without internet access?

Origin requires one-time verification with servers to successfully register DAI to your account. To my knowledge, XBox and PS use similar system.

Aaaand that wall of text is atrocious. Cry me a river, but I rate your trolling 0/10. There has clearly been very little effort.

Mine looks more Hotter in DAI than in DA2.

I've made some pretty decent looking Hawkes but they never look like my real Hawke in DA2. Now I've just given up and end up with some quickly made ugly Hawkes...if I keep this up, I may end up leaving an ugly Hawke in the fade, although I haven't thought he was ugly enough to do so...yet.  :P

Unless he's accessing the internet from a computer he has at work. Also the last gen systems PS3 and 360 I believe don't necessarily need an internet connection to function only if you plan on going online does the console need it. I don't like having to rely on Steam and Origin and things like that either as I'm mainly a single player person who sticks with career/campaign modes on games usually. Unfortunately it does mean that you won't be able to play a lot of modern games or access any of their DLC's which can be a pain if you can't afford it. We can barely afford it ourselves what with everything else that needs paying for but fortunately I've found a way to adapt

I gave up trying to get my hawk look alike, and in the end, went for the default.  This blitz freeze winter engine can't produce the quality of graphics that was present in Dragon age 2.  It does produce big **** off maps though.

PS, Dragon age keep didn't seem to work for a long time getting my old history totally wrong, it's only recently that it's behaving itself.

If you're short on money, the last thing you should be doing is buying games on discs.

Cantina, Seeing Dwarves are short robust folk they do tend to look like a mountain.. Shems shouldn't though nor should they be a stick model since they heft heavy swords and shields that's usually bigger then they are.

Everywhere I worked, internet access has been severely restricted by the employer. I also have experience from diverse enough fields to assume this a standart of sorts. After all, who wants people doing personal stuff during the work hours.

It also fails to explain one-time verification with Origin or Xbox/PS servers.

Not to mention that you'll no doubt notice that I have icons below my avatar - DA Origins, 2 and Inquisition, ME 1-3, and the DA Keep. No different from your own icons. This person does not possess an Inquisition icon, making me extra doubtful.

I wouldn't say it's impossible that this person in fact played an illegal copy of the game - sadly, I lack the ability to perform a proper investigation, and thus can not throw around more than accusations.
