[Farts When Scared]

Hi all new here and to the game and though I am for the best part loving it there are a couple of things niggling me (constant random attacks in Hinterlands not allowing me to adventure anywhere hardly being the first) the other that I am asking about here is that Special Shipment Chest. I collected gear from it the first time at the start of the game, but now whenever after a while (like a day or so) and I come back to it I can see the Green A icon (Xbox1) to indicate new gear is there for me. I can run up to the chest but as soon as I click Green A on controller the Green A Icon just disappears and there is no loot animation\window and I get nothing!!

This is very frustrating as I feel I am missing out on possible good loot. Has anyone else had this and is there a solution or is my playthrough totally donald-ducked for this particular item???

Before trespasser I had the issue all the time.

Unless you have trespasser and using trials however, there is not a thing in there you are missing.

The deluxe edition and spoils goodies come in a few stages, when you get to haven, when you get to skyhold, and I think 2 more which are level gated.

I have Trespasser and when I have Trials "On" it indicates a "!" over the chest. However upon clicking the chest, I get nothing.

 

You can turn Trials "Off" to alleviate getting the exclamation notice. Just because you do not get anything is no indication the game is not giving you the items. Its just a bug with the Trials. Who knows if it will be fixed -if ever.
