I'm not sure if they are going to add Multiplayer to ME4 or not, but I really hope they do. I know a lot of people weren't fans of it in ME3, but there were a lot of players who were, as well. I personally logged over a 1000 hours playing Multiplayer, buying packs, trying to get good guns. Had Hurricane X and Paladin X by the time I switched to XBONE. If anyone else is excited for Multiplayer post on here. Maybe if there are enough requests they will have to do it. Just to clarify, I mean a PVE, not PVP Multiplayer. If they added PVP, I will probably play, Crucible in Destiny is similar to how it would play out, I would guess, but ME3 was so much fun with the thousands of options you would have between sub-classes, guns, power trees, etc. I'll still play ME4 without Multiplayer, but I seriously doubt I will be investing 1000 hrs plus in the game with out it.

ME:A will have MP, that has been confirmed for over a year now.
The question is whether it will build off of the foundation of ME 3's MP or DA:I's MP? Personally, I hope that DAMP will be used as an example of what NOT to do and the multiplayer team focus on expanding on the foundation laid by MEMP's success. My, biggest wish for ME:A's MP?
Bring more aliens to the game as playable kits. I'm still waiting on a Rachni Brood Warrior, or an Elcor Devastator, or Hanar Medic.

Would like it if MP was some form of virtual reality, like the Armax Arena in Citadel DLC, that way we could still fight Geth, Reapers, Collectors & Cerberus, and add locations from the Milky Way.

I hate idea of multiplayer in MEA but it happened in ME3 and for some reason developers think it's a good addition to a single player game. well, it's not but it's too late for that.
I just hope it won't be tied to a main story and only offside game like MP in DAI or something like the one in ME3 that could help you with the main game but it was not required to finish the game.

While I believe SP should always be the primary focus for a new Mass Effect, I'd be lying if I said I didn't spend most of time on MP. I played MP on a near nightly basis for 2-3 years until Destiny came out. I'm "retired" now, but that's just because I don't really want to go back to PS3 at this point. I'd probably hop right back on if they'd release it on PS4.

That's basically like Raid Mode in Resident Evil: Revelations 2, the mode brings in maps and modes from other games of the franchise. I'd take that kind of mode over ME3s multiplayer any day..

Thanks. That was a cool video I had never seen. I had heard rumor that there was going to be no Multiplayer. Glad I was wrong. Believe everything you read on the internet, right?

Because the gameplay in single player was strong enough to support a multiplayer option and still be enjoyable.
Personally, while I'm excited to play the SP, I know I'm really going to spend most of my time playing MP. Unfortunate you couldn't enjoy MP, but it definitely didn't ruin the game (for me).

Thx. I totally agree. I liked how the old one was setup, with the waves of enemies increasing and 3 objective missions, but fighting giant bosses at the end would make it even better. What about Kai Leng? I thought that was the most difficult part of the ME3 campaign on Insanity difficulty. I would like it too if you could save the money earned from the matches and buy what you wanted. Or at least make it more likely to get an upgrade to a gun you use a lot rather than a gun you'll never fire. I also want to say that Bungie should take another page from BioWare's book and allow you to map ammo packs to the D-Pad.

That would be cool. Maybe have some of the maps from ME3 as an option to play. Or something like what they had in the arena from the final DLC. That was super fun.

While I really hope they follow the ME:MP template, I think when it came to community outreach and responsiveness the DAMP team did a really good job; even though the multiplayer itself was a mixed bag. Characters were also unique in more ways than their ME:MP counterparts, so I hope if the devs start releasing new kits for MEA:MP, they won't copy and paste too many powers on to different characters.

@Para9on So1dier - I don't like the sound of that. One of the big reasons I didn't enjoy Halo 4's MP was because it was all a virtual reality training simulation. I don't know why this gets to me, I just didn't like it. Plus, I want to fight those who inhabit the Andromeda galaxy, not foes from the Milky Way.

Mass Effect should be an MMO like Knights of the Fallen Empire.

@afgncaap7: You should get ME3 for PC. ME3 will even run on Intel HD graphics. The true addiction never ends!

I'm going to be completely honest here. If the next Mass Effect game didn't have mulitplayer like Mass Effect 3 did, I wouldn't buy it.
Insane, I know, but that's how much I enjoy Galaxy At War.
