My most recent Warden does not appear in the keep.  My new Hawke is there, as are some of my Wardens, but not the Warden I specifically created for this run. Very annoying.

 

Is there a fix for this.

 

Sorry - I should have specified that I followed the link above, but I can't find "Profile Diagnostics" anywhere under my Bioware account information, which is really frustrating.

 

And also, when I try to use one of the stock characters, there is no way to get the selected character into a new game of DA:I or even into my Keep.  I can select the character, but not use it in any way.

I don't know about Origins, but in Inquisition your characters don't appear in the Keep if you create them while you're offline (either not connected to internet or Origin lost connection). The only advice I can give you is to try to recreate the Warden while you're connected with your profile.
