Hi.  I've downloaded ME2 from Direct2Drive, v1.00.  Whenever I try to start the game, it jumps into a window labeled "Sign In", which shows a username / password login for about 1 second and then shows "We're sorry, an error has occurred.  We've noticed your computer is currently offline.  To activate your game on this computer using your EA account, you'll need to connect to the Internet."  My internet connect is up and running smoothly (as proven by the fact that I can post this), Windows Firewall has ME2 listed in its exceptions, and just to be sure I tried briefly disabling Windows Firewall with identical effect.  I'd really like to play this game... help?
