Doesn't this look a city from the original Mass Effect trilogy? Should there be an environment in Mass Effect Andromeda that is a big futuristic city like Illium or Bekenstein?

Syd Mead did environmental art for Blade Runner 
, and is known for his futuristic visual style. The ME art team probably took some inspiration from his work.
