I pre-ordered the N7 Messenger bag for 68 USD. It was shipped out on time, and UPS and the post office insisted it was delivered, but it was not at my house and no neighbors turned it in. I reported it to Bioware's customer service in mid-October, and to this day it's still awaiting assignment to an agent. I want either a refund or a new bag sent to me.
The Post Office is investigating it, but I haven't heard from them in a week.
I guess I'm just super frustrated. I've tried calling the Treehouse brand stores phone number and leaving a voicemail, I've tried updating my support ticket, I've gone to the post office, and there's just no progress whatsoever.
