When I try to land on planet where Normandy crash site is located, the game crashes and forced to exit to desktop. Anyone having same trouble?

My specs are

Intel Quad Q6600
4 GB DDR2 RAM
500GB hard drive
Nvidia Geforce GTX 285  (with newest graphic driver of course)
Windows 7 32 bit, with newest patch
DX 11 (although my graphic card only supports dx10, but in nvidia control penal it says DX11).

Mass Effect 2 retail version with installed other DLC such as Dragon Age armor, and Zaeed DLC.

i'm having the problem after i finished the mission and am leaving. i have a post and will try to get back to you if i get anything

Try re installing the DLC pack for it.



Sounds like it cant find a file its looking for.

Have exactly the same issue. Redownloaded the dlc, and installed it. Same issue.

Noted one thing with you PC Spec. You have 4GB ram and a Nvidia 285 (1GB ram?)
32bit OS can only handle at most 4GB*, but in reallity ~3.5GB.
And you already have 4GB ram.. + Graphic card. Suggest you use a 64bit OS, or remove 2GB Ram.

(* no matter where that ram is located)
