I'd love to have a cute Reptilian/Drell goddess to play Mass Effect with - Or better some "reallife" Mass Effect.
Currently I have to live with my "GF", a "GeForce". She can get pretty hot though.
I'm the usual "my wife is not at home" player, too.
I'm getting to old for discos, but never for ME3MP.

I can't get my husband to play ME3 MP with me though we played other co-op games together (Icewind Dale, Diablo, Sacred, Age of Empires, Guild Wars). He just doesn't like shooters. He bought DAI so we could play together but both of us hated DAMP, so we gave up after 30 hours or so.
My only advice to geek guys who want a GF to play games with them is to start dating geek girls.

WTF shooter? Haven't you shown him the Krogan headbutt? Team up as Asari biotics? Plug in the loudspeakers so he can hear the Krogan chuckle - that might sway him.

I used to play a bit of ME3MP with my ex, was pretty funny actually because he's a total noob and whines constantly - "But Silver's so relentless!"
My daughter has started playing SP, but MP scares her. I got Jugger to carry her through Bronze once (and he shut her in the reactor. He actually killed a 10 year old girl) and she hasn't wanted to play MP since. Her tactic of 'Run into walls and let Garrus do all the work' doesn't quite work as well on MP.

A most natural gamer evolution - I did that myself before geting into MP.
My ex tried to play Gears of War 2 Horde mode, and I give her a lot of credit for that.
She wasn't interested in ME because "too much talking." My 5 year old likes watching me play and I give him a controller so he thinks he's playing. His favorites are the Kroguard (frog face) and the Batguard (four eyes, or "Bavarian").
