I'm not having any luck hacking anything, line code wise, so usually I just skip it. However, the computer at Horizon needs to be hacked to activate the anti-aircraft guns against the Collectors. Any tips or suggestions?

It is, but it took me a few minutes to figure out what to do.
(I know, RTFM. But I don't always.)

You can pick up stuff on omega to make hacking easier...

You can't hack a terminal?
Uh... I really don't know what to say. You can generally figure it out within the first five minutes of game. It's like linkin' logs for dummies.

The only way I can see it being a problem is if you're colorblind.

I can't speak for the OP, but I do have a degree of color-blindness, so that is a contributing factor. All Dead wrote...

Well, that explains a fair bit. However, it should still be a relatively easy task if you don't try to match the whole thing.
Personally, I just go by assigning vague shapes to the first few lines. The less you have to pay attention to, the faster you'll be.
Such as "triangle on the right" or "slope with spaces"

This is what I do too. When I first started I tried to look at the whole thing and decided I would never be able to hack anything except the match one which I named glases, doors, triangle and the other thing:happy:.
Then I started saving before trying it and sill had some where I just gave up. I would hit too many red x's or just run out of time. Then I got the upgrade that gives you more time and figured out the shapes and colors. I still have a problem before I get the extra time, but not as often. I was never good at puzzles. Or jumping on squares to get over a deep pit, or figuring out how to move around so that the bridge stays solid. The other thing I have been known to do is to call someone else in the room and have them try it. Of course if you live by yourself, well just take a break and then come back and try it again.
edit - just noticed the op wrote this a few months ago. Hope they got thru it by now.
