I ordered an N7 Armor Stripe Hoodie a week ago, on November 5th, 2015, and I have yet to receive any news on whether it was shipped, or processed. The money came out of my account but the last I heard on my e-mail was the order confirmation. I looked up this issue and, to my worry, it seems a lot of others have this same issue by at least months or even years in one case. I do not wish to cancel my order, I just want it here. But if I have to cancel, I will.

In the same boat unfortunately...Thinking I'll cancel in a week if I haven't heard anything.  This is disappointing, I ordered a t-shirt last year no problem.  It's sad when you're better off buying from a 3rd party.

This is incredible. How is it that every single person I hear about has the exact same problem, and there are multiple threads about it on the forums, and yet no one from BW has the decency to even respond?

On 11/17 I got the shipping notice, and as of today 11/20 it says UPS got it to local post office for delivery (presumably tomorrow). Thanks.
